Who runs this website

This website is run by Saurav Singhal, founder of SOMA, in India. You can reach him at contact@joinsoma.in.

A product in development

SOMA is in development. The website describes current plans and a long-term vision. Plans and features can change. Nothing on this website promises that a feature will be available, or available by a particular date.

Screens and examples marked as interface concepts or sample data are illustrations. The values they show are examples, not measurements or advice.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not guarantee access, a release date or any particular feature. You must be 18 or older to join, and you can leave at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may close the waitlist, and we may remove signups that appear automated, abusive or made on someone else's behalf without their permission.

Not medical advice

SOMA provides general health and nutrition information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Read the full medical disclaimer.

Using the website fairly

Please do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its waitlist, submit automated signups, or sign up anyone else without their permission.

Content and brand

The SOMA name, wordmark, text, images and design on this website belong to SOMA or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them, except where the law allows it, such as sharing a link to this website.

Liability

The website is provided as it is, for general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
